QMC is a PCO (Professional Congress Organizer), who can help conference organizers with various operational duties, from promotional activities to invite international conferences to Japan to conference preparation. We aim to perform our duties not as a mere contractor but as a partner of the organizers, sharing important responsibilities, because we are a group of conference organization consultants and specialists.
To lead an international conference to be a success, know-how in its preparation and on-site operation is indispensable. QMC offers consistent services for conference organization, from preparatory/on-site operations to post-conference management. Our clients are exempted from trivial works and able to further enrich the conference itself. We are proud that we can offer high-level services at reasonable price, largely by collaborating with other member of the Science-Alliance-Japan (SAJ) Network.
